  • I Am Not Satisfied With My Portrait. Do You Offer Retakes?
    We are sorry that your portrait did not meet your expectations. Bring your original order with you on Retake Day, and our photographer will gladly take a new photo. You can also schedule an appointment in our studio, and exchange your original order for brand new prints.
  • Where Can I Find My "Access Code"?
    Access codes are only applicable for School and Graduation Portraits. Your Access Code can be found on the "It's Not Too Late To Order" insert that you received. The Access Code is also printed on the outside of your portrait envelope.
  • How Do I Place An Order?
    You can place an order by filling out and turning in an order form on picture day. Be sure to hand the your order form to the photographer. If you prefer to order online, you can place an order directly on our website.
  • When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?
    Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks.
  • Can I Preview Sports Photos Online?
    We do not offer preview for Sports Photos online. Feel free to come into our studio to preview your photo!
  • I Ordered a Digital Image. How Do I Access My Portrait?
    Digital Images are sent to the email provided on your order. If you cannot find your photo in your inbox, please check your Spam and Junk folders. If you can still not locate your photo, please fill out a Service Ticket and our Customer Service team will resend your Digital Image.
  • My Child Missed Picture Day. What Are My Options?
    Most school's schedule a retake day, 3-4 weeks after picture day. If your child missed retake day, contact us to schedule a portrait in our studio. There are no retake days for sports, however, you can schedule an appointment to have your photo taken in our studio.
  • Can You Ship My Order to My Home?
    We do offer shipping for an additional charge. Contact us for more information.
  • How Long Do You Keep Photos On File?
    We keep photos for up to 2 years.
